I am curious why I cannot find "anything" on NPR about the economy and related job market for 2011? This link below was about this topic, but then the "dates" mysteriously changed...Michigan Radio...what's going on?

    1) Create a group policy in Blue Cross Blue Shield for ALL Michigan residence – make this available to government and local municipalities as preferred health plans, expand coverage opportunities to small business, Michigan families and Michigan individuals.
    2) Expand availability of dial a ride to handicapped and low income residents.
    3) Let us not be afraid to praise GOD! In AA if individuals have problems with GOD, as a result of denominational baggage or any reason, then think of it as Good Orderly Direction (GOD). We can all agree that Michigan has been and will again be blessed by GOD!

    1. Give national advertizing campaign about the Kalamazoo Promise, the Great Lakes and the inexpensive housing.
    2. Work on decreasing the gentification strategy that is happening in Benton Harbor, parts of Detroit, etc. and work on keeping people in their neighborhoods and taking care of them - a group called the Peace House in Kalamazoo (Kalamazoo College graduates) have created a neighborhood group of houses to help those living in their neighborhood via gardens, fruit trees, after school tutoring, playground, etc. Avoid letting corporations determine the layout and population in a city (e.g. Benton Harbor - that has no support from their corporation, few parks or things for children)
    3. Have a grass roots system for evaluating the decisions made in the media and government that hurt communities; more positive news, more emphasis on the value of educators, increase the policies for urban farming, more on the value of diversity and social justice, etc. Many policies are made that dampen creativity, diversity and for taking care of the community members.

Tomorrow on Facebook there will be a page for HAPPIT. Happit lists small things you can do to make society better and you can post your thoughts after you do your HAPPIT. The goal is to make HAPPIT a habit. So Michiganders, search for HAPPIT starting tomorrow, January 18, 2010, on Facebook and help make Michigan a better place.

    "HAPPIT, give HAPPIT get happy"

The three things that i think we need to do to help out michigan is that we need a better health care bill, we need more financing for more jobs and we need better government officials because ours are so corrupt that we cant tell who is helping and who is hurtin us.
