    All three comments make sense. The community is rich with capacity. TimeBanking creaes an inventory of that capacity and makes it possible to put untapped capacity together with unmet need. It can go a long way toward building trust, creating a sense of community - and meeting needs that otherwise have to be met by purchasing services from strangers.
