		<description>I totally agree with the three reasons that Ismael Ahmed has talked about.  In Michigan the children don&#039;t seem to be that safe to me because i see more drinking and driving and more girls getting pregnant and children walking at night.  Being unemployed in this economy is a very scary thing and having a &quot;safety net&quot; can lift the some stress from the unemployed.  Asking the community on what they believe they want to change is a better way because its coming first hand from the people living in Michigan.</description>
